We have made it so easy for you to start your journey.  Upon clicking the link for the CLIENT PORTAL, you will be directed to create an account.  Once completed you will be able to:

• Fill out intake forms
• Sign all necessary documents
• Make credit card payments
• Request appointments
• Communicate with me via secure messaging

Use the portal to:

• Request appointments
• Sign and review documents I will send you over the course of our time together
• Communicate with me via secure messaging

Signing up in the CLIENT PORTAL or at the  BOOK NOW button will allow you to complete all paperwork  necessary prior to requesting an appointment time.
