Covid introduced us all to a new way of doing therapy from the comfort of our own homes. Online sessions are offered if and encouraged if that is what works for you.  Keep in mind that it is your responsibility to find a quiet place where you can be open and honest and know that it is a safe place to work in therapy if going online. 


NOTE:  I do NOT do couple's therapy via Telehealth.
